Note: Aida Cloth, waste canvas (canavas or canevas as it is spelled in many ways) is used in many types of needle work or artwork in various areas of the world. for example: in morocco, Syria, Egypt and the middle east waste canvas and Aida Cloth is used to put embroidery on gallabeias (long robes), table cloth and towels.
In France and Europe it is used in Artwork and furniture.
